8970 and 780 release dates? Any ideas?

Well basically the title. I get that both will probably release mid november but is there any chance of an earlier release? Where I'm at there's no market to sell gpu's, and I currently have one gigabyte windforce 3 7970. I'm itching to get two lightening 7970's/aftermarket 680's when they come out....

I really need the extra performance, however if in August new gpu's will be released I see no point in not waiting...

Thanks!

Jesus, the paint hasn't even dried on the 680 and you're worried about 780? Nobody here knows when it will be released, and if they do know, they couldn't tell you. If you need the power, buy it. Don't wait, just do it.

Okay, will order rampage 4 extreme over my sabertooth motherboard and two lightening gpu's. Will try tri crossfire performance, then dual crossfire performance. If dual is easier/better (due to higher possible OC's be it better vrm's or be it the better cooling), I'll be making a TINY itx portable rig I've wanted to do for a while with the single 7970. Thanks BRO!

On a side-note. Are there any decent cases which support ATX motherboards which offer decent cooling and are small?
