I dont see how he should be lucky lol, he paid for a product and to ship it so why shouldnt he at the very least expect it? I avoid frozencpu like the plague but there are at times the only place that has what I need. There lack in confidence for their own business practice tells me that I cant trust them as a vendor

I am not talking about sharing his experience, what we shouldn't see is the Reps and OP solving their problem via this forum.
There is stories like that every day and not a single company never had any issue. They have service support and email to speak. I don't see the reason why they need to solve the problem on the forum (which is giving way to much attention to the case).

Not cheap at all, so you should be happy that they shipped it to you for free. wink.gif
Edit: Ordered a new top cover for my PC-A77 from the very same company, the cover is about 50cm long, when i got the box it was 30x30x10cm, oh they managed to fold the cover how nice. No they forgot to send it, got it later and this time all costs was on them. biggrin.gif
They didn't ship it to him for free. Read the OP please.

I've never had any problem with them and I've ordered a lot from FrozenCPU. Every company has its hiccups and it's just bad luck that you encountered one.

Frozen deserves at least a little credit in this aspect. They would have shipped it for free via the normal shipping method, but the customer opted to pay extra for next day shipping and Frozen said they applied what they would have paid for ground shipping to his overnight charge, so he didn't have to pay the full amount. It would have been better to just ship it overnight at no charge, but this is at least a bit more fair to both parties.

Jason, I understand you're upset, but please stop lying to yourself and us by saying that you made this thread to "educate" others.

You made this thread because you're mad and you didn't get the response you wanted from FrozenCPU. You want attention and you have the "If I don't get amazing service, then I'll burn the company to the ground" attitude, and frankly, you need to stop typing and leave here.

The only reason you're even on this forum is being you're trying to damage a company. I would not be surprised in the slightest if you made this same post on other forums like [H] and EVGA.

We've seen threads like this before from literally every single tech company. "Look at how bad [XFX/ASUS/PPC/Intel/Any other brand]'s support is!" Every company makes mistakes, yet thread after thread, people decide to publicize these mistakes anyways. You wouldn't even be on this forum if FrozenCPU had shipped out everything or shipped out the missing part with next-day shipping.

Your problem lies with FrozenCPU, not the forum members here. All you are doing is causing trouble and I don't understand why someone hasn't locked this thread yet. Get off of your high horse and stop thinking you're above everyone.

They offered to. Just not overnight shipping.

Maybe if he had ordered overnight to begin with then yes I can see them doing it then. But other than that, don't see a problem myself. Other than someone who's pretty much angry because he had a deadline that wasn't going to be met. Had he not had a deadline for when the build had to be complete or at least for parts to be in, I doubt this thread would have been made.

Sadly I have never had any issues with Jeff or Frozen CPU. I always put a note at the end to ship everything at once either in one box or in multiple so they usually entertain that.

Sad to see this happened, but with the amount shipping they do, and packing I can see this happening every so often.

You'll always see threads about when a company makes a mistake or fails and the person wants to burn the place to the ground but you'll never see threads about how great a company's service is or rarely..and most of the time it's when the person gets something free or better than they expected. Only the bad eggs come to light..
