FrozenCPU strikes again. - Page 16

Read all of my post. I was denied access to higher management. He was unavailable and I was told that I must work with Geoff by Geoff to resolve the issue. It wouldn't have mattered according to an earlier post by FrozenCPU. It seems that whomever post for the company understands that Mark would have told me the same thing as Geoff.

The chimp participant tag thing was some sort of forum challenge. Since some members here don't like new members, they're trying to make me look like a bad guy. I mostly ignore that sort of childish behavior and move on. If this forum locked every thread that someone didn't agree with, every thread would be locked. It's not worth debating with some people, because their always right. I'm open to listening to reason and logic, but it seems that the majority of logical reasonable people agree with me on this thread. I see member after member coming in and taking my side on this issue but the same few keep picking apart their positive comments, yet only succeed in making themselves look bad. Svthomas even thinks that spending more money at FrozenCPU will hurt me somehow. Comments like that are more of a comical break from the seriousness of this thread, for me.

small companies will never get large with bad service, amazon didn't gain the exponential amount of money for having crap service.

Or, perhaps, SVTHOMAS was simply exploiting a personality flaw that would display how irrational you become when faced with a stressful, unexpected situation. Thus, using your belittling and irrational responses as a means to invalidate your opinion/rant as a credible source of information. poke.gif I don't think it would be too far fetched to ask one to assume that you also treated frozenCPU in the same demeaning manner, as the pattern of such behavior in this thread blatantly obvious.

And you say I don't have a sense of humor devil-smiley-019.gif

That's pretty funny. Shows how much Mr. Vendor's "assurance" is worth, considering that the OP scanned and posted a copy of the order slip without a verification sig. This is clearly where FrozenCPU failed, and the reason why they should have paid to overnight the part.

I actually just had something like this happen to me w/ Newegg - they borked my order and the customer service rep. agreed to expedite shipping at no extra cost.

I did say take it or leave it in an earlier post, so leave it. Simple.

Or come back and troll some more on this thread with your assumptions. I appreciate the free bumps and don't mind either way. Not sure how this is stressful or unexpected... or even a situation. Rather odd way of thinking to get stressed over a forum post. I get stressed over real life stuff on occasion. Many people have taken this review way too seriously. It's serious, but no need to get emotional about it.

Jason

PS. Added personality flaw and irrational to the list of baseless attacks.

I disagree with the OP, I think that FCPU did everything they should have. Nothing else I can add that hasn't been brought up. But I still can't get over that people are comparing FCPU to Newegg/Amazon..."Why is my local market so much more expensive than Wal-mart." seriously.

You could go as far to say that their company website said my part would go out by 6PM the same day... but 1 part didn't, right? One in-stock part didn't go out till 6 days later.

Jason

I've read every post up to this point.

All I can say is I have ordered many items from Frozen CPU, Had one small problem, they fixed it all was happy.

But.... Every Order Invoice I have gotten from them they had stamped it twice. Saying "packed by XXXXX" and the other saying "verified by xxxxxx"

Yours does look like they cut some corners.

You're comparing price, we're comparing customer service, something that can be done right no matter what size the company is.

Sure they could make exceptions for some people when they make mistakes occasionally, but doing so for every single one would ruin them.

What company is taking it from their customers? What ruins them is making mistakes! They should focus on not making mistakes so it doesn't ruin them, not shift the inconvenience to the customer when a mistake does happen.

The fact is, the customer did everything he was supposed to do. He picked his in stock items, placed them in the cart, gave a correct address, and paid in full. The vendor did not fulfill their obligation and did not complete the order in full. The customer had to contact the vendor, at the customer's inconvenience, to request the missing part. The vendor should be falling over themselves trying to get that part to the customer as fast as possible to make up for their mistake.

The customer did nothing wrong, so I don't see how he would be "screwing" the vendor by requesting expedited shipping on a mistakenly unfulfilled order.

I'm all for supporting vendors, but we pay them hard earned money for a service and product and if that service is not fulfilled then I expect the situation to be rectified as quickly as possible for the customer. I know Siderwinder PC upgraded me to Bitspower fittings when they had a pricing error on their website at their expense. That is customer service.

PS. All stock boys are chimps.

The Chimp Challenge is a competition for Folding@Home, a project designed to help find cures for diseases. Participants dedicate their computer power towards this cause and people are pretty proud of this. Maybe people didn't tell you because you weren't polite or you didn't ask.

PS, just because you are/were a stock boy, doesn't mean you can insult all stock boys.
