You just completely ignored the second sentence in my post, didn't you? Just because I work for one of Frozen's competitors doesn't mean I'm any less of a person.

When you order something, you expect to come all at once. (Unless otherwise told prior to ordering).

If I ordered a bunch of parts and was missing a couple, I would be pissed.

So you have to spend time calling up the store, talking to them, and oh looky you can get your missing parts in another 5 days!

They should atleast have the courage to fix their mistake and pay for a faster shipping.

I ordered something from there, I think it was some tubing or something (can't remember), They shorted me 3 feet (as I ordered 6 ft), and quickly had the missing feet sent out to me. Customer service was fast and the guy was friendly. I've ordered tons of parts since then and haven't had any problems thereafter. In fact, this is probably my favorite place to buy watercooling products from.

Just what are the parameters that decide you are a "frequent,valued customer that deserves to have the rules bent for him". What I know is to never say 'I am never going to do business with you again and I am going to tell everyone that will listen how poorly you treated me".At this point there is little motivation for the problem company to work with you.

Actually no, Xoxide is just bauss. Know what else they don't do? Bombard my e-mail address with daily "sales" AKA advertising rebates like NE and TD.

They made him pay $20.00 to get his product faster when they should of covered this on there own. They are the ones who screwed up his order. FrozenCPU sucks they are just as bad as PPC. Glad to see xoxide here. :)

Customer service could have been more tactful and maybe he even was and the story about the CS is more sensationalized than what events actually transpired. In any event it appears the vendor was willing to send the missing part with no questions asked. Your only complaint is they should have sent the part overnight so we should disavow the company as a whole because of a shipping dispute. Cool story.

2 things I see wrong with FrozenCPU's conduct here.
1 They didn't follow their own procedure for packing goods, 1 person picks and packs another verifies if this had been followed the situation would likely not have happened.
2 Jeff denied the OP to go higher up the chain
Both of which to me are not acceptable.
Had the order been verified then I could see FrozenCPU's point of sticking to their policy of same shipping but because they skipped the verification of the order they should have stepped up and got the missing item sent next day.
