What I got is eVGA X58 Extreme MB + Intel i7 940 2.93 CPU + 12GB Ram & Asus GTX 570 DirectCU II

The CPU comes with a Factory CPU fan heatsink and cooler. I think i need to upgrade the fan to. Any recommendations?

Also Case needs a side fan I have a "Antec Two Hundred Black ATX" case. Any recommendations?

TROLOLOLOLOLOLOL gtx 570 dcuii hhaahaa put up a kick stand so that it doesnt sag lol
for the cpu cooler I think a good cheap one would be the Hyper 212 evo or plus, descent one would be like a Zalman CNPS11X Performa (OCN might be able to suggest a better mid range) or COrsair h60. For High end, go Corsair H80, Noctua NH-C14 (providing ur ram isnt too tall for it) , or antec h2O 920.
for fans i think everyone on OCN will suggest AP-15s

Enermax ETS T-40 T.B. Silence

Get this over the Hyper 212 EVO, if anyone happens to recommend it to you. (It performs better for less cost and at less noise)

what do I need if I want to overclock it? I have never overclocked anything before and thinking this setup would be good to do it.

I think u will first need to read how to unlock ur cpu so that u can oc. Then u read how to overclock safely and properly. Then u do the actual oc. Run Prime95 for at least half-hour (1 hour to be sure) and if u dont get BSOD then ur fine lol rely simple once u get the hang of it.
