So I started this build two weeks ago. It is my first complete build. I just want something solid to last me a few good years. I don't game a ton and mostly use for multimedia. I am excited for GTR3 http://gtr3.com/ by simbin to come out later this year. The most researched and reason for delay is the choice of a video card, which still isn't ordered. I want to get this done by the first week or second week of April.

So here goes with the purchased and assembled so far.
Case: Cooler Master 932 Advanced
PSU: Corsair Professional Series GOLD AX850
Mobo: ASUS Sabertooth X79
CPU: Intel Core i7-3820
RAM: Kingston HyperX 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 Model KHX1600C9D3K4/16GX
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-D14

On tap to be ordered this week (I think)
MSI N560GTX-Ti 448 Twin Frozr III PE/OC (MAYBE)
Crucial M4 128GB (LOCKED IN)
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB (LOCKED IN)
LG Electronics WH12LS39K M-Disc 12X Blu-Ray Disc Rewriter (LOCKED IN)
SILVERSTONE SDP08 3.5 to 2 X 2.5-Inch Bay Converter

In from the old machine
Western Digital Blue 640 GB
Western Digital Green 2TB (storage drive)

I don't think I forgot anything...

Here is my super custom wheel mount. The saw horses are nice because the top is a nice heavy 2x12. It also is put together using bolts and wing nuts, so i can take it apart and store it in a closet when not in use. I plan on staining the wood a darker shade. My TV is a Panasonic VIERA TC-P50GT25 50-inch. Sound is Onkyo HT-S3300 5.1

Just ordered

LG Blu Ray burner WH12LS39

EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 580

Plextor M3 Series PX-256M3

All this will get me running. Only thing I might add is another 2TB drive for storage some time in the next few months (still doing fine with space now.)
