Probably due to the amount of virtual memory the game requires maxed out, so it's suggesting you disable Aero to free up resources. It's not really necessary, but if you really want to: Right click > Personalize > under Basic and High Contrast Themes choose "Windows 7 Basic".

Yes, but not at 60fps. Will use more than 2GB of Vram.

Note, I am very pleased with this game. Looks awesome, sounds awesome, fun to play.

Don't normally buy games at full price on steam, but I am glad I did with this. Have not even tried multiplayer yet.

All a very smooth package. Does not seem buggy, have not seen any glitches, yet, no crashes.

If this is what the next GTA is like, hats off to Rockstar.

Great job Rockstar thumb.gif

No it won't, you're reading more than 2GB because on AMD cards if you run CrossfireX you have to divide the vram readings by 2, so if MSI Afterburner is reading 2600MB you're using 1.3GB of vram.

Personally at 2560x1440 with all settings maxed (Except MSAA, which is at MSAAx4) and Windows 7 aero disabled, highest I have seen is 1.8GB, as you can see 2GB is plenty even at 2560x1440. thumb.gif

I'm impressed at how well optimized this game is, I have yet to see it below 150fps, and this is at 2560x1440 with all settings maxed. :eek.
