[BF3B]Battlefield 3 User Interface was outsourced - Page 4

The UI is completely broken and retarded. For example, if someone tells you something extremely basic and important to the game, like "I need help at point C" How the hell are you supposed to know where that is??? IT's NOT EVEN LABELED ON THE FREEKIN MAP.

How can you tell which squad your friends are in? You ave to CLICK THROUGH EVERY SINGLE SQUAD JUST TO SEE.

This game completely sucks overall.

Ummmm, no. Blame DICE, for outsourcing it in the first place. Who knows what elements the UI requires better than the developers of the game, that know every feature, how often each element of the UI would be used, and how important it is to quickly access and modify those elements?

There are some laughably "easy" fixes for a tremendously better UI that don't even require changing much of the actual appearance. For example:

Double click your weapon and you're taken to the menu that lets you choose its attachments.
Double click on your class, and you're taken to the menu that lets you choose your camouflage.
Double click on a new vehicle icon that takes you to all the vehicle specialties.
Double click on a squad to join it, regardless of you already being in one. (BTW, just show all the members in each squad without having to freakin' click on the squad).
See nice, clear checkpoints, squad members, and jets on the deploy map, and double click on any to spawn on that target.

Nope, makes too much sense.

Nope, makes too much sense.

Then you try to play it multi player mode. The game changes to HACKERFIELD 3.

The worst game of all time, unless you cheat.

There is definitely cheating going on but it's not as bad as you think or make it out to be. wink.gif
