You might also consider the Toshiba Excite 10 there is also a 13 inch coming soon. Benchmarks usually tie with the Prime. It supports full size sd and usb host without a dock.

I have the tf201 and it seems to be really good. If your into Android development this is good device for that.

TF101 is too pricey.
Get a Coby Kyros MID. They go for about $199.

Spec:
ICS 4.0.3,
1Ghz Single core A10,
1GB ram,
4+8GB flash,
32GB external SDHC support.
10.1" TFT,
1024x600 res,
2160p video decoding,
Full size USB port,
Mini HDMI,
Pre-rooted,
Mali 400 GPU.

I got the european version, the MPMan 104C for €160.
Downsides.. runs hot, screen brightness isnt great, ultra high glare screen, no app market from factory, need to get it from XDA, no GPS, no bluetooth.
Upside.. emulates PSone games perfectly, plays every single game on the play store perfectly, works with a xbox 360 wired controller. biggrin.gif

Stay away from Coby *anything* like the black plague. If you're going to spend $199, buy a Kindle Fire and then root it.

What's wrong with them? I havent had a single problem with my MPMan tablet. Is COBY doing it different in the states?
