Cooler Master X6??? Or any others??? - Page 2

According to this review, the NH-C12P is worse than the U12P. The C14 is a "top of the line" cooler, performing not far behind the likes of the Silver Arrow and NH-D14. Basically, the C14 is bettter than the C12P.

It does still close and the temps are weird right now i think...
stock idle is at 27 and load is 62...

Not sure if these numbers are right but I will just let the paste cure a bit and will try it out again thumb.gif

With top down coolers, it helps to have strong rear and top exhaust. Make sure you've got that set up. Is the cooler able to pull air into the case via a vent or something? If not I'd try changing something (i.e., add holes) to help airflow.

I have the Cooler Master x6 and it is quiet, though I did not measure before bolting it down an I had to cut the side of my case in order for it to "fit." lol. I will post pic as soon as i get a card reader for this rig I built yesterday - it's not pretty, but it will have to do. Funny thing is I also purchased the 212+ and chose the X6 for looks, what a BIG mistake.
