Halp! Monitor/ Display Issues

Thread Starter
Twice within 20 minutes I have had my display output cut up [see image]. Both times have happened when playing Company of Heroes, but the problem continues to the desktop & login screen; and the only way to fix is by restarting.

It isn't my monitor as if I turn off my monitor or unplug it, the problem persists

I do hope it is only a problem with COH, as I haven't had any other instances yet

At least the time and date are in a more convenient, viewable location now.

Start with drivers (remove, reinstall). Then look into the OS for issues.

It sounds like driver isn't kicking over properly to the desktop when you leave the game. It looks like the horizontal position isn't resetting correctly.

Turns out it was my DVI cable, one of the pins was broken, so I ordered another one

Nope, it turned out my GPU was overclocked, even though I swear I lowered it, so fine now
