OK, thanks for answering. Is that in the evga forum I am told that I can not use precision in conjunction with hwinfo64, and I do not want to stop using hwinfo64

Can you please give me a link to that forum where it's stated? Any particular reasons given?

I am told it can interfere with evga precision by monitoring temperatures.

Several such tools use synchronization mechanisms to work properly together. I haven't got issues reported with EVGA yet, but I'm not sure how well it supports those mechanism. So you'll try to yourself and see if you get any erratic sensor readouts.

@Mumak

I had a quick question that hopefully you can answer.

On the sensors for the MSI X370 Krait on AUXTIN it is showing a negative number. Right now at idle it's showing -99.0°.

Also, on VIN14 it shows the voltage at 1.544.

Do you know what those two sensors are reading?

Thanks ahead of time. thumb.gif

The temperature must be an invalid readout (not connected sensor). I'm not sure about VIN14 - does the MSI Core Center report a voltage in that range ?

Here are a couple of screen shots from earlier...same version of HWiNFO.

This one shows a temp of 36.0@AUXTIN2:

This one shows the negative reading@AUXTIN2:

As for the VIN14, I don't see anything showing that number in Command Center. I will install Ryzen Master and see if it reports anything. I will also re-boot and check in there and see if that resets the AUXTIN2 reading.

EDIT: Ryzen Master shows squat. lol I didn't see anything in the bios reflecting the VIN14 voltage(1.544).I'm thinking maybe that is the highest core voltage the bios will let you set. I don't really know though. The AUXTIN2 showed 39.0°C on boot, then went to -98.0°C after being in Windows for a few seconds. Now it's showing -94.0°C. I put a load on the CPU, but it stays right there....lol

@Mumak

thanks, When I get the ftw3 I will try the hwinfo64.

When they will support the icx evga system, which has 9 sensors? Gpu-z already supports .. thanks

I'm working on supporting the ICX, so hopefully soon.
