Thread #1 is the Hyperthreading logical unit, and it shares the resources with Thread #0 of the same core.

I'm not sure if i understand you right, your saying the cores with 0 in the name are the physical right?

Can you change this to threads/cores in the future release so it can be easy to tell apart? thanks smile.gif

For example.

Core 1
Core 1 thread
core 2
core 2 thread etc thumb.gif

Also what is On Demand clock modulation?

Thanks again smile.gif

Both Thread #0 and Thread #1 under a particular core # share the same core's resources, so they together represent the core. The Thread #1 is usually called a "Hyperthreading Unit".
On Demand Clock Modulation is a method to reduce performance by inserting duty cycles between CPU clocks. This method is used on some systems (certain notebook manufacturers use this practice) to reduce performance/power when the CPU is overheating.

Hey guys, i recently downloaded this program to check my CPU usage when i am gaming. However, i am experiencing difficulty working this program. I have MSI afterburner and the Riva tuner statistics server installed. However, when i go to HWiNFO64 and press configure and i go under RIVA tuner OSD, i cannot click the options. The boxes "Show" and "Label" are shaded grey. I re installed MSI afterburner and HWiNFO but nothing worked. Please help smile.gif

Please make sure to use the latest HWiNFO version, because there have been updates to this recently.
Also if it doesn't work, try to start the OSD Server prior to launching HWiNFO (this order shouldn't be required with latest HWiNFO versions though).

Hey thanks for the reply, i had already the updated version. I updated it to the beta but that still didnt work. I also tried running the OSD server before turning on HWiNFO but it still wouldnt let me change the options.

And have you chosen (selected) a sensor entry from the above list before trying to assign it to RTSS ? Just to make sure...
Please attach a screenshot so I can see it exactly.
