Honestly, I doubt they will care or go the extra mile for you (they didnt with me), but atleast your get another board or however you want to go about doing it.. This time around they did place a hold on my account for $210, which last time they didnt..
I wish you luck.. Asus makes a great product but then they dont work....yea its almost better to buy another board.. I def thought about it once or twice.. just keep calling and complaining..
Yes, the mobo i receive today was advanced rma(I would of thought they send me new or mint condition mobo since they put on hold of 350$ on cc), I wish I can just deal with asus in person(fremont) to avoid all the down time(6 weeks)and hassle as they are not far from where I live. Instead, both mobo came from Illinois, how inconvenient considering how close I am to asus headquarters.
Hope this beatup mobo function properly, Otherwise I'm definitely going to rage at asus for wasting my time!
thanks for the tips mattes, Will proceed with your method on my next callEdited by sawjai526 - 4/10/12 at 2:05pm
