If u want upgrade from watever cpu to 2500k, get a descent z68 or z77 board thats ok cheap and reliable then buy a pentium and wait for 2500k to drop or ivy bridge. Plus about this You get to cram more and better stuff into the build Then wen time comes to upgrade spend even more money to get 2500k lol but people arent loaded with cash so up to u which way u go

the AsRock Z68 PRO3 GEN3 can barely be overclocked and would not recommend it for 110$ i would suggest you
cheapest to expensive
  1. BIOSTAR TZ68K+ $20 off w/ promo code BIO329, ends 3/31 90$ and 75$ cheapest and the best deal worth looking at wink.gif
  2. ASRock P67 PRO3 (B3) $99.99 +$4.99 shipping $104.98 Shipped Best motherboard to overclock on in your budget biggrin.gif
  3. ASUS P8P67-M PRO (REV 3.0) 130$ shipped after MIR 110$ if you can go over 110$ before MIR then this is no doubt the best deal

these are the motherboards i would suggest you in 110$ budget other "options'
are Gigabyte Z68MA-D2H-B3 115$ Shipped after MIR 105$
Gigabyte Z68A-D3H-B3 121$ shipped after MIR $111

and all the motherboards can overclock a 2500k ~4.5Ghz easily thumb.gif
