Alphacool Repack Dual Laing D5 Dual 5,25 Bay Station

Hi
If someone know a review of this or have it so they could compare it to Koolance RP-452X2 rev 2.0.
I'm planning to change my LD PC-V8 case for a caselab M8 with pedestal and a dualslot res with dual D5 would be nice since i got 2xD5 already but with a EK dualtop.

I am also looking at this res now, anybody has come across it? It is not only two times cheaper than koolance, but also has a very nice way of filling without taking it out of the case.

I am also interested in this reservoir nobody saw him running video or photo, or did some review of it?

I'm almost buying it over the big problem I see is that it does not even have a piece to connect the pumps as well as the Koolance has

Ooooo, this looks good. I might just replace my Koolance reservoir. Anyone using it right now? How does it work for bleeding? Do you have a 180 degree pipe or something to connect both pumps at the back like koolance has?

Look at the video above. I think is's just plug'n play. Ups in sweden is not that fast...... They promised delivery today but no delivery today:(

If it has an option for two pumps, I wouldn't consider it plug'n'play. Looking at the face of the unit, there are two inlets that dump liquid directly into the same reservoir. In the center is an elongated pump inlet that hopefully forks well ahead of the pump impellers. In that respect it's not like the Koolance bay reservoir because it doesn't allow running the pumps in a series. The pumps are going to be parallel to each other and will require a Y-adapter to combine the two outlets.

I have to say I prefer the Koolance method of running the pumps in series, either with the 180-degree adapter and acrylic bypass piece or by running a "loopback" series like 'res1'->pump1->block1->rad1->'res2'->pump2->block2->rad2->'res1'

Res in quotes because it's the same bay res but separated compartments.
