Seriously, I stopped shopping there years ago due to their horrible customer service.
I bought a $299 printer with 3 year service plan, which died a year later.
When I tried to return it, they no longer carried the printer I bought, and they tried to force me into taking a $199 printer, which didn't have all the features the printer I bought had. ( Printer, Fax, Scanner )
After 3 HOURS of yelling and screaming with the manager ( Yes, their manager was yelling and being rude ) eventually they realized I wasn't going to take the $199 model, and finally gave me the $299 printer all bitter about it, which is in THEIR TOS of what they're supposed to do.
Haven't shopped there since, I won't even step foot in there on Boxing Day.
For the record, Best Buy isn't feeling the Amazon squeeze, they're feeling the Best Buy Squeeze.
Overpriced Products + Uninformed Pushy Sales People + Bad Customer Service = Recipe for Disaster.

And this is really the issue isn't it.
If what a lot of people are saying was true walmart would be hurting. Because , besides groceries, everything you can buy from them you can buy online from amazon. Walmart isn't hurting because they understaff (its true) and they dont have people trying to sell you something every 5 minutes.
Best Buy has some of the worst customer service in the business and pushy floor reps (used car salesmen) This is the exact same reason circuit city went bust.. Their pricing wasn't competitive and they had pushy floor people trying to sell you crap you didn't need or want.
And LOL at those links to 500 to 1100 HDMI cables.. some of the reviews are SPECTACULAR.
