How can I raise my Ripjaw 1600 4x2 pair to 1800 on this board wirhout increasing my FSB?

try setting it to 1866 on the board and try the timings 9-9-9-24-2t or 9-10-9-28

Nope, only will clock to 1600 without increasing FSB,which evidently my other components don't appreciate.

I dont think your motherboard supports just changing the setting to 1800 without overclocking

I have never seen anyone run 1800 memory on a 790 chipset without overclocking as I don't think the option is even in the bios, I would love to be proven wrong as my roomate still uses a 790.
