965 - time to upgrade?

I have the following system:

CPU: Phenom 965
CPU COOLER: Thermaltake Contac 29
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1333MHz KVR (2 x 4GB kits)
MOBO: Gigabyte 790GPT-UD3H
GPU: Sapphire reference 6870

All stock

I've upgraded once from a 4890 and x2 550 and I'm thinking, should I wait for Piledriver and Haswell and a fresh new system? I only use this system for gaming (I have another PC for work/internet), at 1080p with a goal of any game set to High with AA/AF at 4x or disabled. I haven't noticed any slowdowns or problems in any games in reaching that goal (yet) but I'm still wondering if it would be worth upgrading. Is it? I only play shooters or RPG's. Thoughts?

it is fine the for the rest of the year IMHO. GPU upgrade would do more.

What I thought. I'll wait for Piledriver, then match it to a 7870 by Christmas if its on time.
