Seasonic S12II-520

It seems the M12II-620 has some +12V regulation problems...so I was wondering if the Seasonic S12II-520 would be enough to power an Evga 560Ti Superclockerd and still have some headroom (I do not want to be pushing it)?

Cool, say I later want to upgrade to an i5 2500K and DDR3 would I still be able to do that?
