Is it absolutely necessary to install the one silver screw the HAF 932 comes with or can I just use the other screws?

The socket for PWR_FAN is empty because I can't see anything that can go into it.

your pictures arent linking mate.
could you elaborate more on "not turning on"?
do you press the button and:
-nothing happens at all
-fans spin, led's on mobo light up, nothing on screen
-fans spin, led's on mobo light up, hard drive clicks, bios post, and nothing on screen
-etc, etc.

PWR_FAN, is that for the CPU cooler fan? It's possible that your motherboard won't boot until it senses a CPU fan connection.

I wore an anti static wrist wrap for the whole build so I doubt it's that.

no when i click on your links all i get is server not found.
you need to host them on a site then re-post them

a few quick checks:
-are the 24 & 4/8 pin connectors in?
-is the power supply switched to on?
-is your power button in the right header? or better yet, is in facing the right direction?

check those things and report back.

what warweo stated does not pertain to static damage at all.
he is stating that your motherboard may need a fan to be plugged in and detected before it sends current through to boot. for safety reasons.

That wasn't in reply to Warweo, that was just extra information. The 24 pin and the 8 pins are in, will double check power button header. Will do pics again now.
