You put standoffs underneath the motherboard,right?CPU in socket correctly?umm..Nylon washers under backplate?
Fan plugged into cpu header?Double check power button wire.Also..reseat ram

did you check the button on the back your power supply?
make sure its "on" which is the "-" and not "off" which is the "o".

also what you think could be the right side up for your power button header
could but opposite. try flipping it around to see as well.

you could also try jumping it w/ a screwdriver. perhaps the power button is no good.

Yes, then put the motherboard on top of them, then screw the motherboard in.

Power button is set to " - " going upstairs to check power button wire. What is a nylon washer?

You were right about the RAM, but that hasn't fixed it. Power switch wire is in the right place.

is it facing the right direction?

try jumping your power header?

no fans spin or anything?Do you have a molex-to-fan adapter? (They come with fans)

Yeh, the fans have the molex-fan adapters, tried both directions for power switch wire, how do i jump the power header, the motherboard manual doesn't say where it is. I know how to though.
