If you look under the general tab there is a checkbox to show icon in system tray-uncheck it. Then if you have C-Cleaner go into the tools menu and then startup and change the setting to no under enabled.
Now the program will not run unless you start it up manually.

eh.. I go the ccleaner route..but yeah..I'd just disable it @ startup
In fact, I do It's called "RtHDvCpl"

Thanks dude. But is there a way to delete/remove/uninstall it? or not. if not, I will just disable it.
