Triple 27 Inch set up

Thread Starter
Hello everyone,

Recently joined because of the Korean IPS deals

Just want to ask if anyoneis doing a triple 27 inch setup.

Because it is so wide, doesn't it strain your neck or back as you continually have to move your head left and right? I just want to ask the people whom have been doing setup for a while and see how you guys are doing from an ergonomics perspective.

Thanks

No one actually has 3, 27 inch screens?

I know Swifty on Youtube uses a 3x30" setup. Not that I particularly like his videos I just know he uses and enjoys them. I believe there is 1 or 2 people with a large screen eyefinity setup on here and I haven't read anybody complaining about it

Ive tried tri 27" for long amount of time in stores Today(I own only one 27 apple led conema) an it amazing. Neck straining isn't really a problem because your only looking at the middle screen, the other two are just for peripheral vision.

thanks very much for your feedback.
i guess for FPS gaming, 3 27inch makes sense

but if you are doing work etc, 3 screen doesn't really justify its cost.

thanks

I have got two 27s and a 24, no eyestrain / neck strain here. You don't actually use all three at once, in games you just use the side ones as peripheral vision. I don't play many eyefinity games anymore, but tri monitors are still very usefull for other stuff.

3x 27" displays are a good size IMHO. I used a 40" TV for racing sims for many years and then finally tried 3x 23" displays. While the triple screens were nice I felt they were too small so I returned them and got 27" displays. The 27" displays felt right, not too big or too small.
