250 U.S. dollars = 647.500648 Lithuanian litai

Example of what you could get:

c88335502883443bf4f07eef61b52bed.png?1333306957
http://www.varle.lt/#!/kompiuteriu-komponentai/procesoriai/amd-cpu-desktop-phenom-ii-x4-965-34ghz-8mb-125w.html

http://www.varle.lt/#!/pagrindines-plokstes/amd-platforma/mb-amd-970sb950-sam3-atx970-extreme3-asrock.html

Prices are normal in Lithuania, just that the wages aren't.

I'd recommend 960T but that store is out of stock on it.

EDIT:
Any country's prices are high compared to US, **** in US is dirt cheap.

Yeah that mobo doesn't have onboard video. Don't you have a spare graphics card?

EDIT: Do you need features like SATA3, USB3, and whatever else that motherboard has?
If not then this is a good alternative:

http://www.varle.lt/#!/pagrindines-plokstes/amd-platforma/asus-m5a78l-m-lxcsi-amd-760g-780lsb710-2-114156.html

Also seems to have onboard video.

Honestly.

1. that gigabyte board is on a 3+1 phase.
The MSI well there is a thread around her somewhere about those liking to explode.(MSi in general)

2. An old Athlon in a new FM1 socket...WHY?
your going to have to buy a graphics card, seeing as all FM1 boards DO NOT have on board. (they use the APU)

for what you have picked out...
I would just go ahead and pick up a decent AM3+ board and a 960T thumb.gif
