Just did fresh install, lets see now. No change still, imma just send it back. Now i get to deal with Newegg RMA!

Maybe trade it in for one of those Superclocked EVGA 680s biggrin.gif

I am wondering if the actual GPU was so bad that it had to underclock itself to remain stable. Did you see what kind of volts it was pulling under load?

No i didn't look I am going to RMA it back to newegg. I reinstalled my 460sli and it is scoring over 2k higher than the 680. I guess i just got a bad card frown.gif((

I pretty much did everything possible, even did a fresh OS install. I should of used inspector to see if it was re enabling vsync, I read on other forums of people having the same problem and there gtx 680's downclocking also.

Actually does sound like you need to uninstall afterburner completely, reboot, then remove the artifacts. Then uninstall nvidias driver, reboot into failsafe, clean nvidia and AMD if you had em using Driversweeper, back into Windows and install new driver, then afterburner beta 15.

I already did that, except I used CCcleaner and driversweep. I tried practically everything highest score I could get was low 8k's. Anytime AA was used the card would just die(performise wise), it wouldn't even go above 56C, under full load. I tried overclocking, down clocking, using multiple applications, stress testing and memtest. I finally decided maybe it was something else so I pulled everything out and reseated everything(cpu, gpu, redid wiring, checking voltages with volt meter). I than did a fresh Win7 install that yielded the same poor results. It seems I was unlucky and got a faulty gpu, I ran 3dmark 11 also with my old setup and walla awesome results. Anyways I am off to fedex now to send this pile of crud back and await the return of a working gtx680.

^ 3dmark11 run I just did with my old setup
