Some things to check:
PLL Voltage? Try running PLL around 1.6v. Higher is typically worse.
Set these accordingly:
Also make sure these are set accordingly:

It can do 49x multi but it won't have anything to do with Baseclock, I tried lowering the PLL voltage to 1.6 earlier, And it showed alot of instability.

My boards also one of those ones that has a default baseclock of 99 instead of 100

The power core and Turbo time limits are set to the appropriate values, And i use Fixed voltage since i couldn't figure out how to do offset,

I know i should be happy with 4.945, But i'm Not, Even if nothing could ever make my processor bottlekneck for the next few years, Still not happy, I WANT FIVE DAMNIT tongue.gif

^ Make sure you set the other settings I listed as well.

Try 1.65v PLL then. Mine works much better with a lower PLL.

Another thing you can do is set your vcore to 1.55v and see what the highest multi you can boot with. It'll give you a good idea of what your processor is capable of maxing at. If you can only boot at 49x/50x/51x, then you'll probably never get 5GHz to work for a 24/7. If you can boot at 52x/53x/54x there's a better chance.

PLL at 1.9 V helps getting to high frequencies and when overclocking BCLK.

so for the point of doing it, i disabled hyperthreading, and tried the 55x multi at 1.51V, it boot into windows then crashed, But it did boot into windows, I lowered Vcore to 1.488 and im sitting at 50x102.5
