1090T how much CPU/NB voltage for 2310MHz?

Thread Starter
i haven't used my computer for a week and i forget where i was "at" exactly with my oc

but it crashed so i think i need more CPU voltage (i'm overclocked at 3811MHz (cpu frequency) and 2310MHz CPU/NB frequency

my cpu voltage is oc at 1.45v and my cpu/nb voltage at 1.25v

i think if i remember correctly my CPU/NB voltage should be enough for my cpu/nb oc, but i think my cpu voltage needs to be raised for stability

is this right?

Thats plenty of volts for CPU/NB.

What FSB are you at? What Bsod did you get? was it 124?

What is you RAM speed and timings?

you do know thier are 2 diffrent voltage setting a NB voltage and a CPU/NB to complitly diffrent things on a over clock

N/B voltage of 1.2 to 1.25 works depending on the board on a high end board I wont go over 1.28

CPU/NB over clock is 1.3 to 1.35 depending how high you take your cpu or vcore how ever you want to call it i.e

if my vcore is 1.4 I will put my cpu/nb 1.3 a bump in vcore Ill bump cpu/nb i.e 1.45 vcore 1.35 cpu/nb and so on all of this is how I over clock becase I over clock cpu/nb and multiplyer

my core is oc to 3.8ghz
ram 1500mhz
vcore 1.46v (raised it)
cpu/nb 1.25v

everything else is on auto, is there something wrong with how i have it now? and is my cpu/nb voltage ok for 2310mhz freq?

Currently i've got my NB voltage on 1.150 for 2200mhz.... Thats on a 990FXA-UD7. It all depends on the motherboard i suppose.
