Hate to be one of THOSE guys, but IVY is really close now and Z77 Mobo's. So since we're looking at 30 days or less you should really wait unless you get some supersale on 2600k for $230 or something, also make sure your MOBO is a gen3 or revision so you have PCIe 3.0 and full ivy support for furture proof. But you wanting to buy a PC with old tech now thats going to outdated in a couple of weeks makes no sense to me..

Go 2600k Asus Maximus genez gen3 it's 3.0 pcie and ready for ivy and always on sale. This board is a real hidden gem. And very future proof
