5870 OC Problem(2 Monitors)

Hey fellas,

Now, i've my Asus EAH5870 under water and cool and everything but i have a problem.

When i OC my card from MSI Afterburner OR form CCC, problem still occurs, which is when i OC, the 2D clocks drop to 157. Which non-OC'ed is 400. And that causes my secondary monitor to flicker like crazy. I know this issue has been there from the launch and there were some workarounds and i couldn't do it now. Latest drivers are installed(12.3) and i have no clue how to solve this problem and i want to OC my card so any help is appreciated.

Edit 1: SOLVED by enabling Overdrive in CCC.

Edit 2: It happened again after reboot.

1. Do not enable CCC Overdrive.

2. Create 2D and 3D clocks profile in Afterburner.

It has been awhile since I messed with it, but you have to disable ULPS, then make a 2D profile in after burner, dont downclock your ram at all in 2D mode and it should be gone.
