That certainly makes sense - there are tons of varieties of these cutters. Amazon's price varies a bit, but I picked mine up for somewhere around $18. Free, fast shipping beats a trek out to a hardware store where I live thumb.gif

Thanks for the postive reviews guys! It certainly is encouraging and keeps one taking and posting photos smile.gif Regarding the molex splitter, I should have that finished when I get some spare time to work on the build this weekend - I certainly will post a photo or two of the end result!

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm glad you, and the others here at OCN, seem to approve of my component choices! I wouldn't have attempted this project without seeing some amazing work other people have posted here (and then being a bit motivated by it).

Looking forward to this. I like your style of describing what/how your doing things. I very rarely read through most logs, normally just look at the pics, but yours is a good read smile.gif

Keep it up and GL thumb.gif

[All neat and tidy!]

Love how you did that, though it's worth noting Poweradjusts in general are designed more for pump control (hence the high output on a small number of connectors) than fan control. The Multiswitch USB is intended for mass fan control but you need to strip the connectors from your fan wiring in order to use it, plus it can't use tach signals. It will connect to an Aquaero/PowerAdjust or directly via USB for programming and fan control, though.
