i've been running 4.7ghz on my 2600k for months and never had any problems, and i've only tested it for 2 hours prime max,
my 2cents is that the OP will be stable enough for gaming with his overclock.

He could be fine and he could get a random crash even 6 months down the road. Yes stability is all based on the user and just how stable you want your rig to be based on your usage. As for me i do alot of stuff on my PC demanding things like Encoding and what not. If some people are fine with 2 hour stable then that's great. Its all up to you as the user to decide and to draw the line somewhere. Some even run 72 Hour prime tests lol. for me im fine with 12. but you as the user can decide and if you want to take that risk down the road. personally i don't mind running prime for 12 hours right before i goto bed as it isn't to much of a hassle.

its cpu. youre not stable. 90% probability you need more vcore.
you also do NOT need pll overvoltage on. its for 48 and higher multi's to boot into windows.

also only running p95 for 2 hours youre only running the first 8 sets of fft's. there are 68 or 72 sets that sandy bridge will run through in 12 hours running 10 minutes tests.

*edit* we also still dont know how youre cooling. is it the stock heatsink ?

have you read munaim1's guide ? maybe $ilent's ?

munaim:

$ilent:
http://www.overclock.net/intel-cpus/1100100-info-intel-2500k-2600k-overclocking-tips.html

and there is luke who wrote up an offset guide though i find it a little complicated. i just took what munaim said and used it. it worked pretty well for me

luke's thread for offset:
http://www.overclock.net/t/1219588/offset-mode-overclocking-starter-guide-and-thread

i hope you understand it. if not, munaim1's guide will have you there.

what kind of temps were you getting when you were running 4.5 ? what cpu voltage are you running now and what were you using for 4.5 ?

i use a hyper 212+ and roughly 1.36v for 4.5ghz and my temps are nowhere near high enough to worry about.

if i open intelburntest and just change from standard to high with vcore on 1.2 ill hit 73c as maximum on my hottest cores, and like 63-65 on my cooler cores, My 4.5ghz i was runnin 1.275 and i hit max 75c in some stresstest with my hottest cores

Im trying to follow munaims guide now, ive set multiplier to 42 and LLC to ultra high phase and duty to extreme and vrm freq to 350 and vcore to 1.205 and cpu-z is jumping between 1.192-1.200 V now and then, once up to 1.216, after 5 minutes prime the cores temps has reached 58,66,65,56
