It's some basic soldering given you know what you're doing.
Ask someone who knows how to solder proficiently to give it a try, should only take about a minute or two each cap.

bet ya could solder i learned buy useing a old clock radio and taking off resisters and re soldering them

If you want to make it easy for yourself simply solder some suitable capacitors in parallell with the broken capacitors on the back of the motherboard. You can then test if the motherboard works. If does work you can consider spending more time/energy/money to properly replace the broken caps.
