Thanks! I have a whole machine shop with cnc mills, cnc breaks(bends metal), cnc lasers, cnc plasmas, lathes, welders...etc Most of the stuff you see is cut on the 4kw laser

How are those bench tables coming along...can't hardly wait for that official product unveiling to take place...but even more so for shipping to start. biggrin.gif

Still hoping for sometime this week to show them off?

That certainly seems expensive! What is your day job? A CNC laser can cost 6 figures.

Re-assembled my 560 GTX for the 2nd time. (1st time with bracket and new Antec 620, 2nd time with replacement Antec 620)

I love this mod... but its such as PITA.

Here are some thoughts

A) Both of my Antec 620s make a constant ticking noise. Luckily the 2nd one was able to be remedied with the magnet trick. (Don't know if I want to deal with ANOTHER replacement... maybe in 6 months)
Also, since Antec leaves a significant amount of air in the loop (in comparison to Corsair), if you mount the pump vertically HIGHER than the radiator, you get a a constant gurgle. This sucks for a design. My H60 never had this issue.
B) IMO, the bracket NEEDs to come with a back plate to prevent PCB flexing.
C) I probably spent over 15 hours installing this mod due to all the installation complications. Uber big heatsink in the way, to changing air flow, to pick something that could go wrong...

However, NOW I can say my 560 GTX is clocked at 990mhz core and 2250 memory. Temps don't even break 45C. It idles around 31c. Love it.

Has anyone tried mounting the radiator to the 120mm bracket?

That is his day job. He has posted before that he works with his dad in the family machine shop.

He just does the PC stuff on the side.

Not only would you be putting a large amount of weight on the bracket and card, but your radiator's source of cool air from the outside would be gone, therefore temps would most certainly suffer. It has been mentioned before...and my opinion hasn't changed...I really can't see how this would be of any benefit.
