I received the mounting brackets today and installed my Antec Kuhler 920 onto my GTX670, amazing results! 40c full load with furmark! thumb.gif

with stock cooler: idle 35c, full load 78c
with Antec Kuhler 920: idle 24c, full load 40c
fan speed: idle 850rpm, full load 1800rpm
liquid temperature: idle: 30c, full load 37c
room temperature: 22c

That's looking good. You are creative.

Now maybe I won't have to cut up some stock shrouds after all. I actually picked up a pair of stock heat sinks / shrouds for that very purpose, as I didn't want to void lifetime warranties on my 480s by shredding a shroud, you know?

This is the work I came up to with the help of DWood.

The Side Panel didn't scan correctly with the acrylic templates because I had to file another 1/8 inch Diameter around the 120mm fan Holes. I also had to modify the 5,25" Plate because I forgot to mention some details.

Made a video to show it better, don't forget to choose the video Quality in 1080p for more details

Thanks Dwood. The bracket is much better looking in person, will be in touch again fo sho thumb.gif

Didn't see a significant drop in idle temps but load has dropped by 15-20°. I didn't reapply TIM however, since there was a decent amount on the GPU after I removed the HS. May try reapplying some Noctua Nt-H1 to see if there's any improvement. All in all fun lil project.
