If you put it on the bottom I'd highly recommend try putting them as an intake.
You'd experience much better temperatures in addition to having proper air flow.

With proper airflow layout, heat should be rising and escaping through the top and rear panels.
You're only pushing cool air out through the bottom, that is coming in through the front.

Try pulling air into the case, and check out your temps then.
I'm betting you you'll get much better temps

True. It feels kinda cramped with only about an inch of space for air to eject from the bottom of the case. My only concern is that the air is REALLY warm and it'll detract from my VRM cooling...

My airflow is this 450
Don't you think pushing 90F+ air into my case from the bottom is too bad?
Unfortunately mounting to the front of the case isn't possible since there's no space with the R3.

yup washer & otherside's hexnut also.

Well from your layout, it'd appear you're pushing all that cool air downwards.
Not what you want to do..

Do you have a fan on the VRM?
If not, you'll probably want to get one; even if it's just held by a few zipties.
It's better than passively cooling it via airflow diagrams.

True.

Pushing cool air downwards, less than ideal airflow.
vs
But that much hot air pointing directly at my vrms? And probably heating up my cpu? :\

I don't know, you've got a weird airflow diagram.
Intake from the top into the CPU?

Since it's a 3day weekend and it's a pretty boring one, why not just flip em all, and test your temps.
Nothing to lose but 15 minutes.
