If you put it on the bottom I'd highly recommend try putting them as an intake.
You'd experience much better temperatures in addition to having proper air flow.
With proper airflow layout, heat should be rising and escaping through the top and rear panels.
You're only pushing cool air out through the bottom, that is coming in through the front.
Try pulling air into the case, and check out your temps then.
I'm betting you you'll get much better temps
