I have a dilemma and I am hoping that someone can help. I have two Kuhler 620's that are brand spanking new. I have one already attached to the cpu; the other one, I am planning to use on my GTX 680 when the brackets arrive. The 620 that is attached to my cpu make no noise at all. However, today, I decided to attached my other 620 to get a feel of how I am going to place the pump. It seems that when the pump is placed where it is going to sit on the GPU, it makes a rattling sound. I thought that it is probably air or something so I gave the radiator a good shake and turned it and did the same, but unfortunately the rattling continued. I then flipped the pump the opposite way and it stopped while the pump was running. It seems that when the pump is facing how it is going to be attached to the GPU it makes that sound.

Does anyone that has implemented this mod know how to fix this issue or wait till I get the bracket and then try it with the pump attached to the gpu? I have till fhe 25th of next month to bring it back to the store for an exchange of the same product if there is any defect.

Try to get past the quality of these photo's, took them with an iPod. (try'n to talk my wife into letting me buy a t3i).

Here is the custom dual bay XSPC res plate I had Dwood cut up for me. It came out amazing! I wanted something that exposed more of the bay and let some light through.

This is installed on my Cooler Master Sniper case.

Here is an example sitting on my desk.
