Idle temps don't really say much, but judging from that only, they're fine. And yes the 800d isn't a really good Air cooling case.

I have a 4400+ X2 with a TR XP-120 that usually idles at 27ºC (ambient 20-25), load at 45ºC with a crappy fan. Note that my 4400+ is a socket 939 cpu that probably dissipates more heat than yours.
