Can't really help you unless you list the prices next to the components. At first glance, build one looks better, but I would also take the monitor from build two.

Do not spend the extra $20 on the Pro/Gen3. The V/Gen3 is the same thing.

I like the first one.But the only thing I would change is the GPU but if that is your budget then that's the way it goes.thumb.gif

I like the first build better in the $100 range for psu i think u can find a better psu like the Corsair 650w Tx V2
and also caviar greens are slow and mainly used as storage drive. Seeing as u dont have an ssd, i assume ur OS is going ont he HDD. For that I would suggest at least a caviar bluue even if it a tad bit more expensive
some senior mod went around posting that the 212 evo is good but the Enermax ETS-T40 performs on par but cheaper.

I switched the caviar green drive with a Caviar Blue same storage and went with the same card but a 2g version same $ i would like to get and ssd I'm going to get my build then upgrade later. but why is the caviar blue cheaper/ by like $20 and thanks fr all the feed back biggrin.gif
