Are you sure it's not just a random bug with that specific application? Have you tried other applications with a GUI / restarting?

Do not use the drivers off of the CD, install the latest from the AMD website: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

What programs again have a broken GUI? If it's the programs / utilities off of the CD, I don't see the problem.

You can download all of those utilities (even drivers) off of the internet, so again, as long as other programs are not doing this, or any other installers, it's not an issue smile.gif

as for now, there is no other program that having that kind of issue, i'm just a little bit worried because it shouldn't be doing that

Do not worry, the installation CD is not important whatsoever, and it's probably just a messed up GUI with that and that only. Until you start having issues in other programs / GUIs, do not get stressed over it.
