I can relate to the high dew points, I am in FL so its always hot and humid down here. During the day in the summer my dew point is around 18c, which kills my load temp on a direct die TEC setup.
I tossed around the idea of a Duc, since I can get a used one for less then the new 14, but the parts and maintenance costs are so much higher then my Kawi and my bike is my main mode of transportation since my car is more of just a track toy. I would hate to rack up so many miles on a Duc.
Can't wait to see some results on the chiller. I tossed around the idea of running one in line with my DD block for some sub zero action but have a hard time justifying that since I don't even bench anymore
