CP also has a ginormous file upload at the end. i've seen 1 workunit send like 3-5 30mb+ files back in the end. weird.

Sounds like a good idea. Once I finally get around to swapping in my quad core I'll just have it run on a at least one core all the time, rather than having to pause the whole thing anytime I want to game.

At least BOINC seems to be nicer than FAH for getting out of the way when I need CPU power. With BOINC set on "run always" and CPU usage at 100%, I really don't feel any slow down for common low power tasks like internet browsing. And at the same time, its actually getting work done. I feel like for FAH its all or nothing, it either runs and hogs your system or stops running to let you check your email and it never finishes. But maybe its just me. rolleyes.gif

My dual 6870 rig makes something like 450000 to 500000 points in a day when running Moo.

speaking of, so does WCG...quite a few of my uploads are anywhere between 20MB and 25MB. I thought most were pretty small, <1MB, but lately I seem to be getting a significant amount of tasks that are 20+MB upload...
