OK, I just bought a new PC. I love my new job!

From TigerDirect $511.70
Ultra Silver Aluminus ATX Mid-Tower Case
Ultra / X2 / 550-Watt PSU
3 fans, Aerocool Xtreme Turbine Blue 120mm Case Fan with 4 LEDs
EVGA GeForce 7900 GTO

From ZipZoomFly $549.48
Asus P5B Dee-Lux version
Intel® Core 2 Duo E6400 Conroe
Microsoft Windows XP Professional Edition OEM

And finally from everyone's favorite, NewEgg, for which I pay tax...so it complicates finding the best deals online.....

New Egg $549.89
1Gx2|G.SKILL F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ The sweet black ones. Thanks Thumper!!!
2x320gb SATA perpendicular hard drives, again, thanks Thumper!
Scythe Infinity (replacing stock fan with an Aerocool 120mm fan)

Case, PSU, 3 120mm fans, motherboard, CPU, 2gb RAM, 2 320gb hard drives, video card, and a pro version of XP for.........

$1611.07. Also I have $60 rebate from Tiger so the real total is $1551.07.

Any glaring errors? Mistakes? I'm excited! My first build so any help/tips would be greatly appreciated!

Nice, I should be upgrading from a Willamette soon too Willamette sucks!

Your build looks solid. Should definitely keep you going for a few years

I've held off for "the new chips to come out" for far too long.

I'm not going to hold of for "the new chips to come out" again.

There's something always better in the near future, it's the nature of consumer technology

Tiger has a 485 watt enermax that works just fine (and if you are wondering about it being only 485, I have a 450 OCZ in my overclocked signature rig that is more than adequate and yours should use just a little less than mine)
The enermax I have is in my wifes rig (the core2 rig in my folding farm) and the rails are rock solid stable.
