Havent noticed anything. What version are you using?

Nice that worked, I'm in posting from my new Arch install as we speak. What cool things should I install for KDE?

I just started using KDE really recently so I can't tell you I'm sure someone will chime in though.

yakuake is pretty neat. It's a Quake III style terminal. Press [F12] and Konsole will slide down from the top of the screen.

It's an AUR package so you wont be able to install directly from pacman:
Code:
yaourt -S yakuake || kde-open https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/yaourt

I'll check it out, with only the base installed this is pretty boring, should I install some more meta packages or go by individual packages?

Depends on what you mean by "boring" and what type of stuff you want.

You might also want to install k3b, which is a CD / DVD burning program

Sometimes when I boot Arch I am getting an error message that says "BUG: Soft lockup - CPU #0 stuck for 22s". Anyone seen this before? It doesn't happen everytime I boot, but probalby half or so. Nothing sticks out in the logs.

I had that problem while overclocking

I thought that, but have turned it down and it still does it. I'm running an AMD 8120 at 3.2 with 1.3V, was stable in Ubuntu at 4.0 at 1.3V. May have to just hit restore to default and see if it fixes it.
