Thanks all for the support!! New week new update biggrin.gif

The good news is I'll make this available for all. I have some last structure issues with the bottom tank, there is too much weight on it and it holds up good for me but I would not want some one to have it this way. I wanted floating MB and not have any attachements with the bottom plate, but this puts too much stress on front plate and it will need additional support, but no biggie, it's fixed now for the next case thumb.gif Getting the website designed and once ready it will be available for purchase each could be customized for your taste. I hope by the end of summer it all should be up.

In total I'm planning to have 6 very unique case series, one of the kind that will have excellent cooling. I'll post progress as they are getting build. There is a lot of try and error with it, as all might look good on CAD drawing and when you put it together new idea comes up to light and to the drawing again smile.gif Nuclear Reactor case in second prototype finally taking shape, I'll start new thread on it.

Just a quick pic of the back side of the case. The cables would be routed through the holes in the cross support, keeping the back side neat.

If anyone has any suggestions for improvements let me know, trying to make this case mod guy friendly. I'm located in North NJ, West Orange redface.gif

Needed progress update on Jack Frost.. Finally white acrylic arrived and the final assembly is being made. Today was playing with powder coat gun, as all screws and any aluminum or metal brackets will be powder coated in white to go with the theme. The other Jack Frost in black is being used as test machine..

Sides ready to be put together.

And after few hours they are put together.

Mirror acrylic plate to hide the radiator and 140mm fans behind it.

Another shot of inside. The bottom fan pulls air from the bottom mount. Cables to water pump also go under the case so no cables hanging. Trying to keep it clean of cables.

Tanks are not mounted yet. Here are just ribs supporting the case and H2O cutout that is seen through the tank.

Now this might look like tennis court, lol but that mash is functional in more then one way. There is enough space in back to use white zip ties to zip them to the mash, and keeping the back of the case as clean as possible

The bottom grill is for bottom fan that pulls cooler air. No need to have a fan in front making noise as HDD's are on a side with fan. This keeps it cool and keeps the noise down.

ok, now going back to work biggrin.gif
