Speedfan will log continuously, just go to charts.

Here is the one that I use, it does log continuosly, but it is not free. However, I find that is has many great features. If you like to OC and run games, you can enable a sound alarm, with any alarm sound u like. The alarm is audilble while in games. Let me know what you think:

Use Nvidia Ntune, you can log the temps. I wouldn't use it to overclock tho.

It's simple and logs when its run. Dosn't give as many temps as speed fan, but I've had problems with that. Hope it works for ya.
