(Test is done on 2600K, but shouldn't be a too much difference in gaming performance).
Also in the benchmark you have linked multiple times, 2500K do have better FPS than 8120. Do look closely. Shouldn't matter that much since many people are still on 60 Hz monitor (extra FPS matters if you are planning/using 120 Hz monitor).

I never claimed the 8120 to be a better gamer than the 2500k. The 2500k will usually net higher fps across the board, especially with outdated and poorly coded games. There is no doubt about that. Its been proven by mostly biased and un-biased benchmarks. However, it is NO WHERE NEAR at the kind of levels that many of the "fanboy duche united" here claim it to be. At the very best, it's something like a 30% improvement with the 2500k over the 8120. Credit to the 2500k is due. But a computer is not all about gaming.

I respect your opinions, Trumpet, but you can't tell me that the comparison by Tweakertown.com was a fair review of said cpus. First of all, the i7 is in a league of its own, both in performance and price. To add insult to injury, the i7 is clocked 500MHz HIGHER than the 8150. This is the kind of trash that I'm talking about. Everyone knows that even a poor overclocking 8120 can hit 4.7GHz. That's what I love about computerparts' review. It was a fair, balanced, and un-biased review of two cpu's with O.C.'s that just about everyone can attain.
