I Wholeheartedly Concur with the Catleap.

I have one (luckily flawless) and it is just about the best monitor I have used. ever.
Small wonder.

You could import a Catleap Q270. 27" S-IPS panel, 2560x1440. It is awesome.

120hz, while awesome, isn't going to improve your gaming that much unless you're playing an arena-based FPS, like Quake or Warsow etc.

I purchased my Catleap off eBay and love it. I recall someone being able to go through a 3rd party service that let them buy a Catleap in-store and ship it and getting a 2B model (overclockable), but that'd probably cost a bit more than buying it straight through eBay. Most if not all of the Catleaps that the eBay sellers are shipping out are 2C models.

Maybe it's just luck but I think it's also less likely for your monitor to arrive DOA/defective in some way if you get a 2C model, ever since the eBay sellers ran out of 2B models more and more people have been reporting getting flawless panels.

Need something to stretch your GPU to the max? Rip out a couple of those new iPad panels, those are freaking sweet... 2048 x 1536 resolution... On a rather small screen. Just hook a couple together and you could have a beautiful display.

Yes because that's how screens work, you just rip them out, hook them up to a dvi cable and everything works.

I wasn't being completely serious, but then again it wouldn't be impossible to use the iPad screens. They have some sort of connection on them, and some sort of adapter could be fashioned to make a HDMI to whatever possible.

There is also the Crossover 27Q LED-P model. Which IMO has the best build quality and fully height adjustable and pivoting stand.

Each of the Korean monitors has a separate club thread, so if your considering one, read up on them and decide which one you like best.
