No.

I see no reason to buy new software when Windows 7 has all the functionality I need. If they somehow added the rumoured X360 game support or X86 emulation on Arm CPUs I'd buy it in an heartbeat.

It's a probably for me, but only on my laptop. I use my desktop mainly and my laptop sits in the corner like it's on a timeout. I just installed the Release Preview and I like it so far. I've pretty much ignored the Metro Start screen and just use the normal desktop anyway.

Only reason I'll do it it the $40 upgrade from 7 to 8 Pro. Totally worth it imo. Again, it will only be on my laptop but still, for 40, why not?

I also agree with the option to disable the Metro Start page. Honestly, it's not that hard to avoid using as it is, but having the option to turn it off would be nice.

Yes, But only if they sort some of the bugs out, and it works well on my tablet likes its suppose to, otherwise il be installed android x86.

I upgraded it to a 120GB SSD thats why didnt get a android device first.
