AT 235 x 8 3-3-9-3(2T) everything is fine what do i need to change to get a higher fsb

A CPU-Z screen shot of the various RAM default timings would help.

3-4-4-9 or 3-4-4-10 may afford you a little more speed.
On the HTT, 4x up to 260MHz, 3x up to about 345MHz.
